Birthdays are for celebrating and taking time to pause. They can be an opportunity to turn the dial up on your self-care, reflection, marking personal growth and offer a chance for new beginnings.
Today is my 49th birthday!
Woot woot! I love my birthday, always have! I learned to love it from my Dad. He loved his birthday! For my 40th I celebrated for like a month, so watch out 50 next year here I come!
Not everyone likes their birthday and I’m curious about that. I’ve been told it’s getting older, well that’s inevitable isn’t it? Let’s celebrate the good,if you can, take some time to reflect and start a new year with possibilities!

As of writing this, not sure what's the plan for dinner, but something fun!

C: I Handle the Rest: Once the topic is set, I’ll take care of the planning. I’ll provide all the necessary resources, facilitate engaging conversations, and help organize any follow-up actions if needed.
