A New Chapter in Life Coaching

Introducing GRO: Gain Real Outcomes

Saying no is self-care is important because life can indeed be quite hectic. Finding ways to be consistent can be really difficult. Especially when we keep adding to our already full plates!

A new name for my life coaching program.

I'm so excited to introduce GRO! Gain Real Outcomes - my new name for my life coaching program. And, of course, it's an acronym. Truth be told, the acronym came first!

standing at a crossroad

My renewed program is designed to guide you as you take the next step in your journey with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Whether you find yourself at a crossroads, navigating a significant life change, or simply feeling stuck on the hamster wheel of life, cycling through the same patterns and challenges, through GRO I am here to support you every step of the way.

The GRO program is designed to guide and support you, whether you:

  • Are at a crossroads in life, navigating a significant change

  • Feel stuck, cycling through the same patterns and challenges

  • Have been dreaming of change but feel trapped in an unfulfilling rut

  • Are struggling to gain traction toward your goals

Is it time to take that first step towards making the change you've been craving? Through the GRO program, I am here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Formerly known as SOS (Sort Out Your Sh!t) or Solutions Over Stress, I transitioned to GRO to better reflect a more positive and empowering approach. While SOS was a great acronym and catchy, it evoked the wrong message—crisis mode and emergency.

GRO gain real outcomes

I realized it was time for a new approach —one that focuses on growth, purpose, and intentional living. GRO is about shifting the focus from reacting to challenges to proactively creating lasting, meaningful change. It's designed to help you not just manage life, but to thrive and achieve your goals with clarity and confidence.

The Parallel Journeys of Coach Courtney and Courtney

Just as GRO represents growth and transformation, so too does my journey as a coach and personally too. Over the years, I continue to evolve and get clear on who I am here to help. I've also grown as a parent and through my kids' growth and my mom's aging, I've found that living alcohol-free is the way for me. Turns out I outgrew alcohol, I just needed a nudge to figure that out.

It's easier to surrender to things out of my control, have calm and clarity - clarity is off the charts!

Evolving can be exciting!

Getting off the hamster wheel of life and trying something new is invigorating and with purpose is a bonus.

creating change

As a life coach, I've evolved alongside my clients, continuously refining my approach to better serve those seeking transformation. You see, setting goals for my students and my kids has always been a future-focused endeavor for me.

But the real growth has been in learning to live more in the moment, embracing the present. This balance of future-oriented thinking and present-moment awareness is at the heart of the GRO program.

You see, when I first became a coach in 2019, I was determined to help teachers carve out time for themselves and hone in on their self-care practices. As a former teacher myself, this was a cause that was near and dear to my heart. Then COVID-19 hit...that was the last thing they needed at the time.

I'm delighted to share that over the past few years, I've had the opportunity to work with several teachers. Through our partnership, they have discovered the importance of prioritizing themselves, established sustainable routines tailored to their needs, all while maintaining a positive perspective.

My teacher success stories demonstrate what the GRO program is all about: supporting you to live with clarity in this chapter of your life. If I can achieve my vision of empowering teachers to do things for themselves in the post-COVID era, imagine what I can do for you!

After working with many clients over the years and as my own life evolves, I saw a real need to support people to GRO. What led me to create the GRO program was a deep desire to help others navigate the inevitable changes and challenges we all face in life. As I've gone through my own personal and professional evolution, I've learned firsthand the power of adopting a future-focused, growth-oriented mindset. Rather than letting the past define you, GRO is about leaning into change and uncertainty with courage and self-compassion.

My own experiences have shown me that when we create space to prioritize our needs and desires, incredible transformation can occur. Whether it's a yearning for more work-life balance, a pull towards a new career path, or a general sense that something needs to shift - the GRO program is designed to help you uncover those areas craving growth and make them a reality.

What Change Are You Craving?

If you're ready to stop feeling constantly overwhelmed by responsibilities and never having time for yourself, or to break free from unhealthy patterns that keep you from living your best life, then the GRO program is your next step. With my support, we can get you there.
